Refreshments should be ready by 7:30pm. The coffee maker takes 15-20 minutes to heat the water so please arrive early and start that first. Club provides coffee and paper goods. Refreshment duties include set-up and cleanup. Budget for December to April = $30/meeting. May to November = $45 per meeting. Keep receipts to be reimbursed by the Treasurer. If you are unable to keep your commitment, switch with another member as soon as you can and inform Refreshment Chair Guy Jacob.
